Description:E308L-16
is a super low carbon stainless steel electrode with
titanium calcium type coating. As the carbon rate in
the weld mental is no more than 0.04%, it has good inter-crystalline
corrosion resistant properties. It is used on both AC
and DC and the manipulate is free.
Application:Used
to weld super low carbon chrome 19 nickel 11titanium
stainless steel structure. It also can weld 0chrome
19nickel 11 titanium stainless steel structure which
is anticorrosion and work under 300 degree centigrade.
The electrode mainly used in the equipment manufacture
of synthetic fibre,fertilizer and petroleum etc.

Note:
Before welding, the electrode must be baked at about
150 degree centigrade for one hour. It should be used
on DC possibly, not too large current otherwise the
electrode becomes red easily.
